How to Get Your Game Listed on PickThe.Games

September 18, 2026by PickThe.Games

Your game exists. But does it show up when groups are picking what to play?

PickThe.Games has over 6,100 games in its database. When a group of friends sets up a board to decide what to play together, your game could be one of the options they swipe through. But only if it's listed.

Most of our data comes from IGDB, the game database that Twitch maintains. If your game is on IGDB with correct platform and multiplayer information, there's a good chance it's already in our system. But IGDB data isn't always complete, especially for newer indie titles. Crossplay information is often missing or wrong. Multiplayer modes might be listed incorrectly.

That's where you come in.

What we need from you

If your game isn't listed, or if the listing is wrong, we want to hear from you. Specifically, we need:

  • The game's name and platforms. PC, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2. Which ones does your game actually support for online multiplayer?
  • Crossplay details. Not just "yes" or "no." We track crossplay per platform pair. Can PC players play with PS5 players? What about Xbox and Switch? If crossplay is partial, tell us which combinations work.
  • Multiplayer modes. Online co-op, competitive, how many players max, whether there's local multiplayer or split-screen.
  • Whether it's free-to-play. We tag free games separately so groups on a budget can find them.

That's it. We don't need a press kit or a pitch deck. Just the facts about how your game works in multiplayer.

Why it matters

PickThe.Games isn't a review site or a news outlet. It's a tool that gaming groups use to make a decision together. Everyone in the group swipes through games, and the app finds the overlap. That means every game in our database has a chance of being chosen by a real group of players who are ready to play right now.

Our traffic comes from organic search. People land on the site because they're looking for answers to questions like "what should we play tonight" or "PC and PS5 crossplay games." They're not browsing. They're deciding. If your game shows up in that moment and the group agrees on it, that's a conversion that no ad campaign can replicate.

How to reach us

Send an email to the address listed on the site, or use the contact form. Include the game name, your role (developer, publisher, community manager), and the multiplayer details listed above. We'll verify the information and add or update the listing.

If your game is already listed but the crossplay data is wrong, that's just as important. A game marked as "no crossplay" when it actually supports it will get filtered out of results for mixed-platform groups. That's lost visibility for you and a missed game for them.

Already listed? Check your data.

Search for your game at pickthe.games. Look at the platform availability and crossplay status. If something is off, let us know. We'd rather have accurate data for 6,100 games than padded numbers with bad information.

Getting your game in front of players who are actively choosing what to play is free, and it takes about five minutes of your time to send us the right details.
