How to Find Games Everyone in Your Group Already Owns

The overlooked option

Your group wants to play together this Friday. The usual approach: someone suggests a new game, half the group doesn't have it, someone else suggests a free game, nobody's excited about it.

But here's the thing. Between Steam libraries, Game Pass, PlayStation Plus, free-to-play titles, and that game everyone bought on sale two years ago, there's probably something in your collective libraries that everyone can play. You just don't know what it is because nobody's ever compared.

Why this is hard to do manually

Picture it: five people, each with 50-200 games across multiple platforms. Finding the overlap by going through lists is painful. "Does everyone have Terraria?" "I have it on PC but not PS5." "Does it even have crossplay?" Repeat for every game anyone can think of.

The "I own this" approach
